Spells: Spell research components

While this isn't a bug per se, on the old "live" servers, the servers would be reset fairly often.

To find spell components, for research, scanning through vendor inventory was a part of that. Unfortunately, when someone sells something, it's put at the "bottom" of that vendor's inventory. With the servers not getting reset very much, alot of stuff is buried deep in the inventory of the vendors, and simply won't ever show up.

Please consider resetting the servers more often, so that the items sold by characters will show up, and be purchasable, on vendors.

PS - there are some mobs that seem to be buggy too, that resetting may resolve too. Like for the Iksar Illusion quest, some frogs are supposed to path in FV, in the tunnels that go to DL. They aren't showing up there, which leads me to think they're stuck in some weird spot, and can't get to the tunnels.

When the server is restarted, the merchant lists are emptied. Despite not seeing the items on their list, remember you only see 40 of a possible 80 items, so the vendors can be "mined".

but yeah, you can buy up the limited # items, exit the vendor, and open it up again and see new items available that were not previously shown.
