used to be totally legal... up until early 1900's...

andrew jacksono has like 20+ confirmed duels and is purported to have had over 100.

Dueling would be ok if it was martial duel. dueling with fire arms would just be a slave to technology unless you put limits on what could be used also you run the risk of hitting a bystander.

so only swords and the such should be allowed.


Also, you would have an entire subclass of people growing up practicing the sword in order to duel people to murder them.
