What is the current exchange rate of Blue plat to Red plat? I was curious because I would like to trade some of my Blue plat for Red plat/items

Its pretty high since the scam percentage is 99%. So keep that in mind.

99% of statistics are made up on the spot. the value is high because blue is inflated and lame.

How many people do get scammed though? Trying to exchange Blue plat for Red plat?

Can't you get a GM or a Moderator to mediate such a transaction?

Of course not, I believe it is a frowned upon trade, much like character trading.
