Can not see item names when inspecting players

Just recently this happened, not sure what i did, but now when i inspect a player and move my mouse over an item it won't show the item name. Even when i move my mouse over a buff the timer doesn't show unless i hold Alt. Is there something i disabled/enabled that's doing this? Or am i just crazy? This is getting kinda frustrating =[
