How often does a loam encrusted robe enter circulation?

Been trying to buy one nonstop for three days nonstop. Literally putting in 8 hour days at the tunnel to get it. I decided to pick it up over my FBR for the mana, and honestly because the FBR looks like vomit and the loam robe looks pretty sick.

I use one on my Necro. Looks pretty good to me. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] And that picture is Luclin Model. But I am a cheap ass on my Necro and Mage. I like the idea you can have say 1k of gear on them and kill like a wild man. Love it.
