confused DE cleric

so, i gotten my faction with the high elf paladin (anti magic) to warmly yet the banker in kelethin & felwith both still are kos at me, what am i doing wrong? i was reading they were anti magic but it makes no sense since i am standing atm next to tynkale, paladin GM x.x any help here would be awesome
