Possible to get a char moved to a new account? 1018 issue....

Hi, i was just curious if anyone knew before i put a petition in requesting help with this. I can log onto my main 60 mage without a hitch, yet if i try to log onto my 58 necro more times than not i get the great 1018 error.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
