I like the Toshiba from Walmart for that price. Let me see if I can find a link.

I like AMD

I bought this for my daughter (the daughter that doesn't require the mac pro) when it was on sale for just over $300

Zero problems

I don't see why there would be an issue. Has a 320GB Hard drive (plenty of space to install), 2GB DDR3 RAM (In 1999 the recommended was 256MB until Luclin), a dedicated graphics card and any modern processor should have the power for EQ.

Support and Warranty:

1-year limited hardware warranty
Restore discs are not included (unless specified by supplier). We recommend you use the installed software to create your own restore and backup DVD the first week you use the computer.
It looked good, but I always get a bit worried if a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee isn't there... what does "limited hardware" mean? They'll fix a broken USB port but not a hard drive? Not a camp lawyer but it smacks of ambiguity [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

If its just for casual use it'll probably be okay, but don't do what I did with my laptop and have it on and torrenting 24/7...3 years and its worn into the ground, barely plays P99 and often freezes when playing.

That's what's happening with my current laptop. Has good specs but lags into the ground playing any game even p99.

My experience with laptops seems to be they just hit a wall after 2 years.
