Miscellaneous: Cyclops skull

While making the Skull ale , the cyclop skull is used, then returned either in failure or success.. but last night, after 14 combines.. the skull did NOT get returned, instead i got this :

been pettitioned and had a lovely chat with a GM, but i am still missing the skull.
