NPC Spawn Issue: Torklar Battlemaster

Does he even spawn anymore? i need him for the battleworn canteen used in a quest im doing.. but ive camped him a lot.. and never seen him, nor as ever the rest of the zones population?

Torklar Battlemaster is not an old world/kunark era mob. He will not spawn until Velious is released here.

yeah, that's what i heard last night. Yet two of the clerics ive talked to that finished this quest said they got their piece off torklar..

Oh joy, so they had put him in-game.. and then removed him, so that's how the other clerics did their quests i guess -_- i hadnt even started by june 2010 heh.

So i guess im screwed out my booze summoning neck till velious, nooooo...

Oh well at least i can stop spending time in unrest. :P

I'll be going through old bug reports that mention Velious. In lieu of researching each and every one of these myself, I will ask for community help so I can spend the time applying the changes.

When was Torklar first introduced?
