Default UI settings keep resetting

And I'm not sure what's causing it. Every time I change my settings and keybindings, they all reset back to default when I log back into the game.

any suggestions?

running in admin should fix this.

may want to disable UAC as well, if you're running vista/7/8 (you are).

As said above running as admin should help this.. Running as admin will also run the ui specs off your ui folder or w/e if you want to change those in the actual folder
