Default EQEMU Launcher down?

Loading serverlist ...
Error while retrieving newest version.
Could not reach webserver. Trying again in 10 seconds.

Repeat

moestaverne.com seems to be down also, checked http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and seems to confirm.

I see there are 700+ people on the server somehow, so what's going on?

Even though the server list won't load, you can right click in the Custom Launcher pane and hit "Only Start Everquest".

You should be able to play normally, assuming you've patched up recently.

If you haven't patched recently you may need to grab the files otherwise.

If you check my FAQ there are instructions on how to bypass using eqemu launcher without having to open it every time and right click and all that.
