Miscellaneous: GUARD IN QUEYNOS AGGRO???

For some reason there is one guard in queynos who always attacks me, i have not killed any npc's to ruin this faction, WHAT IS HAPPENING!?

Well we can't be too sure since you didn't provide your race/class/diety of your character and the name of the zone and NPC that attacked you, but I'm going to hazard a guess Lieutenant Dagarok most likely hates you for terrible bug reports in addition to one or more of the lacking descriptors I mentioned.

There's a faction in qeynos called "Corrupt Qeynos Guards"

Doing (some) quests that help your "Qeynos guards" faction reduces your "Corrupt Qeynos Guards" faction.
