Question

Correct way to charge items yourself?

1. Toon with fully charged WC CAP (Example) at a vendor who is not visited often, or never with a inventory that isnt full sells charged cap.

2. Toon #2 logs on with WC CAP with no charge, and sells it to same merchant,
then buys both of them back.

is this correct?
