Game Mechanics: Fungi Tunic not working.

Watching my health regen with fungi tunic in CoM right now, standing i'm getting 1hp regen a tick with it equipped. Have food/water.

same, also zoned, still normal regen, fungi doing nothing. Have taken it off etc, can't fix it

yep isn't working.

it first off adds the fungi tunic regen each tick but that tickly hp boost is withdrawn before next tick.

Any idea when this will be updated? It's been broken since kunark on red, along with iksar BP and rubicite, it's hard on a low pop server to level without some kind of regen, so it's bad for server pop.
