Ench spell Rampage + Damage shield = No damage? Was this changed?

A few days ago I was always able to use Rampage + Feedback on my pet together, but now it seems that if you're using Rampage, that the damage shield no longer works until rampage wears off? Has anyone else noticed this?

I checked the patch notes and didnt see anything about either spells being changed, so just curious if this is a bug or as intended. Thanks much.

ah ok. wasnt sure if it was a bug so didnt want to post something there that was intended. will try that.
