You'd think it would drop all the trash people drop on The Ground =/ Crappy loot as it stands tho... Any idea on respawn timer?

Respawned in 6 minutes 8 minutes, whatever the normal ec spawntime is. level 50 hit for about 150 spawned right at the nro zone line.

Just happened to spot it running by.

I see that on track with my Druid/Ranger all the time. I figured it was like the red Cazic Thule in fear, except you can track this one.
