Game Mechanics: Tradeskill Containers

Today i was making Metal bits and studs at a forge. By mistake i placed 2 items in same slot in forge... Then I got a red error something like "Server Item not found in slot 30, 363. Deleting item..
Ok ... i pull the items back into inventory and put them back in seperately like its supposed to ... same errors. I then hit combine (for making studs) and I get 20 Fieldpoint Arrowheads ...

just wondering why those arrowheads didn't melt in the forge [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

i had this happen when i placed a stack into a tradeskill container and split it from within. to avoid the problem i had to remove the stack from the container, split it inside my own inventory and put it back in the tradeskill container.
when i tried to split from within the tradeskill container i got the same error message and had one part of the stack destroyed.
