Bondl Felligan and the greater spirit

I have hailed and gave a gem to Bondl Felligan twice and he has not moved to the jade tigers den. I have sat here for over 20 minutes waiting for him to move, i have also checked the jade tiger for the greater spirit to no avail. I would like to continue my epic quest. I need help please.
