Merchants: No level 1-4 necro spells in Ak'Anon

Also noticed this as I was putzing around, there are absolutely no noob necro spells to be had in Ak'Anon. Instead there are two level 8-12 spell merchants right next to each other. I spent a couple of hours down there looking, and besides the evil caster GMs on Eldritch Collective faction instead of Dark Reflection rep, I haven't seen the proper spell merchant.

Fixed, pending update. Should be the one in the corner next to Eonis.

Might need some help with this. Not sure what all the gnome caster factions should be.

Should be only two gnome caster factions, the Dark Reflection guys in the mines of malfunction and the Eldritch Collective guys up in the Good gnome library.

(errr or do you mean you need to know what the two factions should /con to each other?)
