Did Illusionists stone get nerfed/removed

Is in the list of legacy items, but that stuffs removed items right, what happened to this? Is it a mistake, is it gone? Or did it used to be better and got nerfed?

Also does anyone know the recharge cost post the devs breaking recharges to be non classic?

This still drops, but the spawn mechanic takes a bit to learn. Recharge cost is very cheap. Usefulness is somewhat limited

I've been camping this for the last day and have not gotten Old Dimshimmer to spawn once. Cleared the PH discussed in the wiki. Maybe its just bad luck. I'll post back here if I ever see a spawn.
