It tells me blue server is locked

I was playing and was killed by a cyclops sent home to qeynos bank. I went into the bank and now can't get out. So then I camped and tried to get back on and it said blue server locked? What happened[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

There was a server shutdown/restart. When they first come up they can be locked until the staff is ready to open them
