Locked out creating new account

Hello Everyone,

I am new and I am trying to create an account. I failed several times to create a game account, the part where you pick a name and link it to your forum email. I successfully created my forum account (obviously I suppose lol). So I noticed you can skip that part and move on to your phone number.. which I did but it asys I have have been locked out and to wait a "bit".

Anyone know how long you have to wait? Its been over an hour?
