DC'd in game can't login

DC'd in game... its been about 10 minutes now and I can't login. Can't use my alt account either cause it thinks my main is still logged in. Is there anyway to force an actual disconnect from server? Usually this occurs within about 3 minutes of DC and I can resume playing. Thanks
