Black Character Selection screen

Hi everyone - looking for a little technical help. Live tried doing some troubleshooting on my own but not having any luck here.

I open the client, login, select server (Green) then my screen just goes black and doesn’t do anything. Doesn’t allow me to get to the character selection screen.

I’ve tried doing a fresh install and manipulated the EQclient.ini file video settings per a few other threads here but still getting the issue.

Any ideas???

Fixed, somehow when I left on Hotspot on my iPhone, it wouldnt let me get through.
