Bug whit rogues pick locking

When you're going to practice pick lock, you don't get any points in it so you spend your training points on nothing because when I press, my training points disappear and I don't get any points in the pick lock. Made a new character but fix this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I don't know if this is just a temporary bug.
