Can I Recover My Characters 10 Years Later?

I played P1999 shortly after it was online for about 1.5 years. I quit playing shortly before VP was implemented on Kunark. I had a max level enchanter and necro. The email account that was associated with P1999 and this forum is no longer used. I cancelled the email about 8 years ago.
How can I log into my old account without the old email? Thanks.
