Really it doesn't matter if it is available retail today it will be more than EQ was ever designed to need.

Currently EQ has more issues with compatibility than anything because it is so old, and especially with dynamic lighting.

February 2001: Nvidia GeForce 3

Anything compatible with dx9. Windows 10 uses a funki wrapper. Some of the newest cards have issues, more with live.

My Radeon RX 5700 runs p99 fine, issues with live. But u could probably find an entire pc that runs p99 for $60-$99.
