 | EQ on Mac with Crossover Hey, I am trying to run EQ on my Mac using crossover. I did the install which went alright but how do I make the changes to the files for P99 (eqchanges and the host.ini etc) and how do I change the "patchme" on the shortcut? thanks | ||

 | Well I figured it all out but I still have not figured out how to add the patchme to the shortcut. Im not sure if I even need it running it through CrossOver but I dont want to risk it then have to reinstall. Any help would be great. | ||

 | Bump. There's no one who's using Crossover to run p99 on a Mac?? Come on! I'd really like to figure out how to do this also. I'm clueless with computers. I've installed Crossover Games and have installed EQ titanium using a set of five CDs, but I have no idea how to carry out the list of adjustments required to launch emulator servers/p99 on a Mac. Can anyone help us out? | ||

 | So, if you run eqgame.exe without including "patchme" - what will happen? Do I need to reinstall and start fresh? Or can I delete files? | ||

|
 | You should start fresh if the patcher ran and replaced any files. | ||

 | I couldn't get P99 settings to run with CrossOver with OS X, however, I have the game running easily with Wine. If there are those that are interested I can post my methodology and maybe we can expand on that? At the moment I am having issues with maintaining a larger display, and trying to get the program to work in windowed mode with MOUSE movement. Thoughts? Requests? | ||

 | Hey thanks heaps for the translation Baigorn. The reason I, and probably others, want to use emulator, is because I don't have a spare copy of a windows OS lying around, and I'm cheap as hell. | ||
