Casting Abjure line 1-23 has lvl 24 spell effect versions

Should only been the green particles, with the yellow/orange part coming 24-38.

Not possible in this client unless you want the blue diamonds to look like garbage at level 39. We are limited to 2 effects per hand. So I combined the green and orange particles because they behaved similar as opposed to the blue diamonds.
