No sound with last patch (47)

Hey all, I updated the game to version 47 but have no sound in game. I checked settings and they are all good. I don't see anything "muted" either. Any ideas? Yes my speakers worked as I checked that just to make sure on a YouTube video.

And now all my characters are missing ugh. I hope it’s just a weird server glitch as I finally got the game to run on my new computer. It was fine with the last patch.
