Error 1018, need char kicked out entirely

Hey guys,

Looks like I have a char stuck in game, and am getting:
"Error 1018: You currently have an active character on that Everquest Server, please allow a minute for sync and try again"
Though it's been well over a minute.
This is for blue
Account name is darkseeker4
