There used to be on the EQMac forums but not anymore. If you are interested in making one, you need to use a hex editor. I believe it's standard ANSI hex characters. Here's the thread I found on editing the keyboard.txt -- http://www.eqmac.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=3598
