Miscellaneous: Keeper of Souls is dropping wrong loot

Keeper of Souls should drop Silvery Ring instead of Small Sapphire.

I have killed the Keeper of Souls many, many times. He frequently drops a small sapphire for the Djinni Finger Ring quest. The sapphire is supposed to (and does) drop from isle 3 trash. Keeper should be dropping the Silvery Ring, but it is not showing up. Could somebody please verify that it is in his loot table?

KoS currently drops both of them, at the same %.

These links suggest the KoS should drop the sapphire.

I believe there is a bug then, because the sapphire drops a good 25% of kills, never seen silvery ring.

I've seen the silvery ring drop and don't recall ever seeing the sapphire from KoS.
