Does anyone have a chair that's decent for knees (you'd know if it was an issue), lower back, and neck? I fidget like mad in my chairs.
I'm looking for a computer chair that has a seat tilt option. Seat tilt has been pretty amazing for my lower back. It's usually indicated by the third adjustment level in photos.
Most "ergonomic" chairs seem to mostly be gimmicks that tout lumbar support and back rest tilt, which is not what I'm after. I like some of the features on some of the DXracer Chairs, but they don't have a seat tilt... and seem to be marketed for their style I've not been a fan of lumbar supports.

i use a folding chair with some basic padding at my home desk (actually a table). basically a higher end picnic chair, worth about $20 retail. Way more comfortable than every over-engineered highly expensive computer chair I have used, and I have spent bew coo bux experimenting.
If that's not dignified enough there is an expensive office chair my school had, I can't remember the name right now but it's one of the most famous office chairs, retailed for like $500-$750 and it was comfy for long periods of time. Had a hammock type of a back on it (piece of perforated fabric pulled taut was the backing). If you felt like doing the legwork I'd advise you whether you found the one I am thinking of. But I am from the plywood mattress kramer school of thought and have discovered that my little dumpster find excels. | ||

I've tried many chairs, this includes fixed, egg crates, cheapo comp chairs from garage sales, and even a fancy one work bought for me- which I forfeit to someone else in place of a fixed chair again.
Adjustable seat tilt is what i'm after.
