Game Mechanics: Weird melee bug since last patch

Just posting to see if anyone else has noticed this, or knows what causes it / how to reproduce it. Basically autoattack will be on, the mob you want to attack is targeted and you're within melee range, but you won't start swinging until you move forward or backward. So it's usually not a huge problem, just an annoyance.

A couple of us noticed it in a group last night - you'll just be sitting there staring at the mob, and then move a bit and then you start swinging.

re-targetting the mob will usually fix strange issues of non attacking while auto attack is on
