Occasional zoning problem

Every now and then, zoning will appear to freeze or hang the game once the status bar fills up. I'm not able to CTRL+ALT+DEL out of this. It lets me select the Task Manager (using Windows 10), but it goes to a black screen that shows my task bar but it doesn't change anything if I try an icon. I end up having to restart my computer when this happens. This appears to happen about once every 5-10 times I zone.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Not sure what specs I need to post. Suffice it to say that this is a new gaming laptop, so things are on the high end [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].
