Default Resist rates
The resist rates are totally out of whack after the most recent patch. lvl 35 mobs resisting a lvl 60 shaman's epic on a regular basis. I'm in droga and common goblins are resisting my epic, and my roots, and I almost never resist their dispels. This is broken. Their nukes are also commonly hitting me for FULL DAMAGE.

yeah it pretty much blows and ruins the game experience.
