Dead link for Project 1999 Spell Files (v40)?

I tried several times today to download these files for update my game and the link appears to be dead. Did not know if anyone was aware of this or not. Is there an alternate download link?

Edit: My apologies, I was looking for the wrong the the entire time. Please delete this if possible.

Almost all "secondary" pages are broke. Been that way for over year and half now.
