BDA has 1, Taken has 2 and Rampage has the rest. You may want to focus your tells into the individuals that have the... 12 or so on the server right now?
I know they can be cycled but if anyone is using the WDH instead of the FT2 Boots with the head quest reward that is a maximum waste. That's like putting a 30 AC ring on a non-tank. Good luck in your search!
