NPC Spawn Issue: fiery avenger - inte akera

This NPC is still spawning under the windmills when spawned for the fiery avenger quest. Currently on isle 4 atm and he just despawned without me being able to turn in items.

His spawning beneath the windmill is fixed, pending update.

If you lost something by him functioning improperly open up a petition/reimbursement thread.

Another paladin in guild triggered him last weekend and was still spawning beneath the windmill.

There hasn't been a patch since the time of my post, so it's not fixed yet.
