Default Skunk Tail on loot table (Butcher, and maybe Tox?)
Looted: 'Skunk Tail' in Butcherblock today. I believe this item was added with the newbie armor quests.

This source shows it may have been added in 2004:

I see 'Skunk Eye' on the P99 wiki as well, which seems to be in the same situation. However, I haven't confirmed these drop.
