someone just banned us ?

me and my wife got ip expetition

i was afk in kelethin waitin her to turn in a quest in felwith then when she was runnnin back she said she started to get stucked and disconected then when we tried to log back says its suspended ?

btw my char name is isilvarno and her char name is maggyanoom...
