Considering trying out Red with a friend

So, I am currently thinking of trying out red with a friend of mine as a cleric / enchanter duo. I know that this is a very strong duo on blue, but my question is how well would this fair on this server? Not sure how well a enchanter would fair in pvp.

Would there be a better class for my friend to play, with pvp in mind with this duo?

It's really solid but enchanters are hard to play in pvp.

You guys would have high survivability with gate, heals, etc.

You'd do great in PvE but in pvp you'll be lacking real nukes. Someone with enough mr and crim pots will roll through you.

i think we are getting trolled...

there has been like 5-6 new player to red posts in the last day all from accounts with less than 5 posts historically.

maybe they registered to ask about class combos?

ench clr is obviously a farming team which is what everyone on blue is, a farmer.

once he starts getting griefed and rolled wont matter what class he is , he out : )

Maybe but not from me! Just started playing on blue a little over a month ago, and I have mostly only lurked on the forums.

Just trying to get idea of what class would make a good combo with a cleric while also keeping pvp in mind.
