magically come and go depending on whether azrael is killing the majority of raid mobs??

Didn't sirken address this as a side note recently? Apparently it's all dictated by blue. Rogean flips switch for blue , not red . Red is just along for the ride.

blame lite, he though shit was going off to much during azraels uncontested time and right after that thread about how azreal had gotten 6 crown of riles in a week they stopped going off, the pixel frenzie is over pals
