Velious beta server error

Not sure if this belongs here or in the beta discussion subforum. I tried connecting to the velious beta server last night and I am getting the blank characters/human model error.

I did some more research and also want to make sure that:
1) I don't need a new spell file for beta
2) I don't need a separate EQ install/beta patched files

It's possible I missed something but if 1/2 are true, what else might be causing this problem?

Thanks in advance. Would love to start joining the beta testing fun!

Did you copy the character over to the beta server?

From the live server on the character you want to copy.

Welp, that's embarrassing but that worked [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Hope anyone else having trouble can find this useful.
