Quest Issue: Tishan's Kilt

I hailed Trankia in Everfrost and she made no response. I handed in the shadow ball anyway and she still didn't respond or give me a note. In fact she now has the shadow ball in her hand!

She is indifferent to me.

Is this quest broken or do I need a higher faction than indifferent?

Update on quest. Just to make sure I went back to Vilissia and hailed her again. Then I took another shadow ball to Trankia and she would not respond to hail. I still gave her the shadow ball and now she is displaying two. Still no note.

He didn't say what was the problem, only that she would respond to hail and turn-ins. The quest works now. He was nice enough to summon me to Trankia and gave me back my shadow ball for turn-in.

There's been a weird issue with this quest for the past couple of patches. It will work fine for an indefinite amount of time, then Trankia stops responding to hails and eats items. I had hoped we would find the true cause, but I went ahead and rewrote it in a different way.

Hopefully fixed, pending update.
