Day Night Spawns Qeynos

There seems to be 2 NPC's some what bugged during the day Night spawns in Qeynos north south
At Night time in South Q Anehan Treol has 2 versions of himself up
At Daytime in North Q on top of the gates Quinon Hulleaf has 2 spawns up. However at Night time Leanon takes the place of one of the 2 Quinons
