Procrate returned to zero??

My understanding is this means that particular weapons had a modifier +/- % to improve/decrease the proc rate from the base. Now all weapons have this removed and proc on the same rate.

Just a guess.

That would be awesome if so would improve my tanking at 41 as a warrior with SSoY

Think it just means basically no weapons have an increased "bonus" proc rate, such as the Barbarian Spiritist's Hammer, and a ton of other listed weapons which have all been "nerfed". There is actually a post by Nilbog someone buried in these forums, that has all the weapons listed that were altered most recently.

Certain weapons were given Procrate modifiers, most extreme among them cleric 'spam' hammers. - Hammer of Holy Vengeance from PoTime.

All of those hammers had a 530 PROCRATE which increases the proc-rate of the weapon by 530%. Going from proccing 1-2 times a minute on average, to more like 5-10 times a minutes, a bit more with max DEX.

That wasn't classic so it was removed on all weapons that had it. Here is a list:

Barbarian Spiritist Hammer
Staff of Undead Legions
Dawnfire, Morning Star of Light
Trident of Seven Seas

There are a few more in Velious but yea. Those should be the top 4 that matter here.

tl;dr those weapons are less valuable and proc less.
