Unable to play

So I am at at lost here....
I was able to play all week up till today, today I began having issue's with my ui not saving it's setting and the tips/help menu would pop up everytime i logged in. After that I ignored it and kept playing, up until I gate to thurg and i was shot to the desktop, and the game closed. Upon reloading the game I was unable to even remotely get one of my toons in which was the one in thurg. However the other toons I could play with no hitch, So I took out the Char Ui file that was having the issue and it worked.

For a small time it worked, after I did that it began to lock up and freeze and blackscreen. So I completely wiped and deleted everything for a clean install. I installed like the website has stated and now I am getting hit with a Debugger and POroject 199 is unable to run. After many Attempts of uninstalling and Reinstalling the EQ client I am at my wits end as I do not know what to do.
